Get ready to be A HEALTHIER YOU!  Our May activity includes a RIPPED class taught by our very own Abby Owen Bell and health tips from Exercise and Sports Science Specialist Katie Fischer Buttle (also our very own!).  

Wear your exercise clothes and come prepare to learn how to start where you are and work towards A HEALTHIER YOU!

APRIL ACTIVITY




Our April activity will focus on 
tornado preparedness and survival.  

Come listen to Darby Bybee, 40-29 Meteorologist, 
and Deborah Dalton, tornado survivor, 
as they share tips on how you can keep your family safe 
from the tornadoes that hit all to often in this area.
